We had an excellent experience with both Samantha and Jamie!
If my carpets could talk, they’d probably be thanking these guys right now. 😂 Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Super reasonable pricing, incredibly friendly, and the work was impeccable. They brought our carpet and rug back to life and somehow made everything look fresher, cleaner, and newer. Professional, efficient, and just genuinely nice people to work with.
You can tell they truly care about doing a great job and treating customers well.
Highly recommend — 10/10 would let them rescue my carpets again!

This local family business did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! Jamie and Samantha are super friendly, arrived right on time, and worked efficiently without any mess. They completely removed all the pet stains from our two small dogs, and now our carpets look, smell, and feel brand new again! The kids are thrilled to run around on them! We’ll definitely be calling them back for future cleanings. Highly recommend this wonderful family-owned company! 👍

We had North Georgia Cleaning & Restoration clean our carpets, an area rug, and a sofa. I knew I made the right choice as soon as they answered the phone. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Scheduling was easy, Jamie showed up on time and walked me through the process step by step. He explained everything he would do and products he would be using.
The carpets look great, the rug colors stand out again, and the sofa looks almost new. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a good, reliable cleaning service.

Jaimie has cleaned my carpet and furniture several different times! He is a good communicator about his arrival and then what was needed for my home. It was wonderful to have my carpets so clean. Once done, Jamie left a bottle of cleaner with me that works on everything. Actually it’s wonderful with pet stains, as if it never happened. Thanks Jamie!!

I’ve got two furry friends who don’t wipe their feet before coming in from the rain. And we recently built a pool which was a mud disaster! I had Jamie come over a few times to get help us get rid of the red clay on our carpets and floors! Exceptional results, as always! Thank you!
